The Services offered by The Yoga Psychotherapist—blending yoga, mindfulness, and psychotherapy principles—are intended for educational and coaching purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy provided by a licensed medical professional, physician, or qualified mental health professional.
B. Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your physical and mental health and well-being. You should consult with a medical professional or licensed psychotherapist before starting any new fitness, diet, or mental health regimen, including the practices taught in our courses or sessions. If you experience a medical or mental health emergency, you should call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
3. User Obligations and Conduct
A. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for a course or booking a session.
B. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.
C. Confidentiality of Course Access

Course purchases and session bookings are often facilitated through third-party platforms (e.g., Teachable for courses). You must adhere to the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors and platforms.
B. Refunds
All sales of digital courses, content, or services are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in a separate written refund policy provided for a specific product or as required by applicable consumer law.
